Megaport and Opti9 Deliver Cloud Services to NYC Customers

BRISBANE, Australia, Dec. 14, 2015 – Megaport, the global leader in SDN-based elastic interconnection, today announced that Opti9, a leader in fully managed Cloud, Colocation, and Managed solutions, is connecting its premium Tier III data center, NY1, to Megaport’s New York City fabric.

Coupling its premium offerings with Megaport’s elastic interconnection services will deliver a unique service offering to customers based in New York City. The partnership allows Opti9 to extend the reach of its managed and cloud service offerings, including Disaster Recovery and Cloud Backup, via dedicated elastic connectivity across the Megaport fabric. Opti9 customers can also quickly and easily connect to a rich ecosystem of service providers across the Megaport fabric.
