MiVoice Business in conjunction with the Mitel MiVoice Enterprise Manager deliver a wide range of administration functionality all within a simple to use web-based program.
System changes are automatically synchronised across the solution, and management control and tasks can be delegated across the organisation, rather than relying on a centralised point.
This architecture reduces the time and resources required to performa tasks and administer changes.

Opti9 provides multiple options to ensure an organization’s Mitel deployments meet any resilience requirements. This includes:
- Active/Active Support – Opti9 provides support for dual or multi-region MiVOICE deployments. This ensures your MiVoice services will operate continuously even in the event of natural disasters, network outages, and other unforeseen issues. Opti9 provides this service via the use of Always-On Mitel components running at multiple Opti9 locations and synchronous replication of specific components.
- Active/Passive Support – Organizations may elect for an Active/Standby configuration, whereas all MiVOICE components will be replicated in real-time to a backup Opti9 facility which can be failed over to in the event of an outage at the primary.
- Disaster Recovery – Organizations who currently run MiVOICE on their own hardware running VMware, can elect to have Opti9 provide a disaster-recovery-as-a- service (DRaaS) and provide resilience of that deployment in case of a disaster.
- Backups – Opti9 provides fully managed backups of MiVOICE deployments, ensuring the ability to retain call recordings, messages, and configurations. In addition to allowing customers to meet even the most stringent compliance requirements, Opti9 can restore backups on- demand 24×7 as part of our standard response time SLAs.
