The Opti9 Difference
Up to 10 hours of Cloud Engineer consulting services are included and may be used in the first 30 days of this agreement. These services may be used for solution architecture, migration, or deployment. Additional Cloud Engineer consulting services may be purchased for enhanced scope of requirments.
The $1000 monthly AWS utilization credit renews each month and unused credits are not carried forward. Any utilization above $1,000 will be invoiced at actual AWS rates with an additional 25% administration / management fee. Customers will have the option to move to Opti9 CloudOps, a more cost effective long term solution, at any time during the term of this agreement.
