An Update for Our Clients 03/23/20: Coronavirus (COVID-19)

March 23, 2020 | By Ryan Felkel

To all of our valued clients:

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we would like to provide you with an update on visitation to our data centers.

We regret to inform you that we’ve made the decision to restrict access to our data centers. All non-essential visits will be suspended. We have developed a process, which is outlined below, to help customers that may have critical requirements.

Our decision was made in response to the current level of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 virus and our commitment to keeping our employees and customers safe. By limiting the volume of people entering our sites, we reduce the potential for disruption to our operations.

As we continue to monitor the situation, we will continue to provide our customers updates when visitation is reinstated.

Remote Hands

Webair will continue to provide our customers with remote hands services at a discounted rate (subject to capacity), and we encourage our customers to consider using this service if there is an urgent requirement.

Please be aware that any customers who may be experiencing an outage due to equipment failure or similar and require remote hands will receive this service at no additional charge until the equipment has been restored.

Visitation Request

If you do require to visit the data center, a ticket must be created with our help desk including the reason for the visit. Webair’s management team can work with you to determine the best method of visitation or assist with Remote Hands services to provide you the help you require. Please be aware that our staff will be unable to provide access to the data center without written approval from Webair’s management team.
