Infrastructure Engineer Logan Best to Present November 7 in Quebec City, Quebec

The two-day conference, taking place November 6 – 7 at the Hotel Plaza Quebec, brings together a community of over 600 IT security experts and hacking enthusiasts.
At 10:00 AM, Mr. Best will present “Multi-Layer DDoS Mitigation Strategies,” which will focus on real- world deployments of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation strategies in every layer of the network, including an overview of methods to prevent these attacks and best practices on how to provide protection in complex cloud platforms. The session will also outline Opti9’s experience in managing and running thousands of Linux and Unix managed service platforms and offer insight and examples from both business and technical perspectives.
