Opti9 is happy to announce Kirt Ericson joined the team as the Delivery Team Lead effective September 28th. Ericson has an extensive technical background with over 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. As the Delivery Team Lead Kirt is a systems engineer responsible for heading the infrastructure team to ensure the delivery of services to clients.
Prior to joining Opti9, Kirt worked as a Systems Administrator for Brightstar Corporation. In this role he was responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure including the development and maintaining of systems, applications, and processes. In addition to this, Kirt was responsible for managing a deskside support team.
Before his duties at Brightstar, Ericson fulfilled similar system administrator roles at both IBM Global Services and ACI Worldwide.
Kirt graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
